 LAW CHANGES 2013

DIRECT ACCESS AGE AND MACHINE

The minimum age will be raised to 24

Also the minimum bike requirements will be at least 600cc and 40kw output,

THE STANDARD BIKE TEST WILL BE TOTALLY CHANGED.

If you are under 24, you will have to take a test on a 125cc bike, capable of 60mph.

and for 2 years you can not ride any thing bigger

THEN you will have to take another test, this time on a bike at least 400cc but under 47bhp. and again for 2 years you can not ride anything bigger.

at this point, it is still debateable wether you can then ride a bigger bike or take another test to do so ?.

RESTRICTED MACHINES.

ALSO as of 2013, you will only be able to restrict a bike to half of its bhp , to a maximum restricted power of 47bhp.
